RENTAL RATES
Effective December 2011
Entire Lobby $500.00 weekend
Entire Lobby $250.00 weekday
Extra Hours $ 30.00 for each additional hour
$100.00 for use of lobby access on night before event for decorating and set up.
$200.00 to book for 2 consecutive nights (clean up between events not included). Example of two consecutive nights would be one night for rehearsal and the next night for ceremony or reception.
Rental Deposit $250.00 is non-refundable and due at date of booking
Rental Fees $250.00 balance is due three (3) weeks before the event
We have 60” round tables that can be rented for $12.00 each.
We have 8 foot rectangular tables that can be rented for $12.00 each.
We have black banquet chairs that can be rented for $1.00 each.
We have white tablecloths that can be rented for $10.00 each.
